Payment Details Required!

We hope you've been satisfied with your Bogons Fixed Wireless Broadband. Unfortunately we do not appear to have valid payment details from you. We have made several attempts to contact you previously to arrange this, but have not yet had a response. It it quite possible that this is due to us not having up-to-date contact details for you. We now require you to get in touch with us to ensure we have your correct details, and to arrange payment for the services you have been using.

Please contact us by email (support.lochtay@bogons.net) or by telephone (0330 088 1042) to confirm you name, address, email and telephone number. We will then be able to setup a payment agreement for your broadband service.

We recognise that your broadband service will be particularly important for working from home and/or keeping in touch with friends and family during the Coronavirus crisis. As such, we will be very sympathetic if you are suffering financial difficulties at this time and will be happy to discuss a deferred payment arrangement - so please talk to us!
